The theater building which was granted to the Puppet Theater in 1946 is outstanding in terms that it is located on the territory of the town-museum and is a monument of the cultural inheritance. It has one lobby, one hall, one stage, one rehearsal room (septum). The building has a small courtyard, which connects with the montplasier territory, where performances are held from time to time.

The theater building underwent reconstruction-rehabilitation in 2018-2019.
