Borjomi State Professional Puppet Theater was founded according to the order #3/705 of Ministry of Culture of SSR of Georgia of 23.12.87.

 

Theater during 33 years of its existance actively participates in the activities of the cultural-educational upbringing of the teenagers and development of the cultural life of the town.

 

Within this period, multiple puppet, dramatic and marionette plays were staged in the theater.

 

The theater was both participant and host of various festivals held in Georgia.

 

It constantly actively participate in various cultural programs held in the town.
