The theater building is located in the center of Akhaltsikhe. It consists of partially two floors. The hall and stage are considered for the puppet plays, both in the pit and high stage, due to the assembling construction. The theater underwent rehabilitation in 2017. It has two lobbies, small and bigger one, where the events are held, has one stage with the hall for 145 spectators. The theater hasn’t separate rehearsal space, has one dressing room, lighting and sound rooms look on the hall, where the control panels are located, it has three washrooms. It is provided by the central heating, Wi-fi, the building is adapted for the persons with disabilities.
